چکیده
Introduction Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD) is diagnosed with cognitive and adaptive behaviour evaluations. There increasing evidence of a high prevalence psychiatric disorders comorbid IDD. The relationship between specific dysfunctions vulnerability may provide the basis for paradigm shift from “intellectually below average IQ” to “neuropsychological characterization”. Objectives 1) reassessing an IDD sample in profile comorbidities 2) investigating correlations diagnoses Methods 120 individuals 3 Italian facilities were consecutively evaluated, one group mild IDD, using WAIS-IV or Leiter-3, TMT, Stroop TOL tests, after which professional caregiver did individual interviews (Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale-II, SPAIDD-G, STA-DI) evaluate patient behaviour, presence ASD. second (more severe IDD), was evaluated only assessment tools. Results 90 males 30 females, mean age 57 years, institutionalized period 36.44 years. 52% had no education, 19% middle school diploma. diagnoses: borderline 3%, 16%, moderate 11%, moderate-severe 4%, 59%, profound 0%.11% ASD diagnosis, 29% diagnostic re-assessment (STA-DI). 89% physical comorbidities, 58% 56% psychoses (Fig. 1). Using psychopathological screening tools can improve process residential cases. Pearson’s analyses need further investigate correlation vulnerability, studying intelligence as multi-component model identifying behavioural phenotypes Disclosure Interest None Declared
